Ordinance".
This does not involve the repeal of the words "after the commence -ment of this Ordinance" wherever they occur in Ordinances. In the circumstances it will not be necessary to repeal the words "hereafter to be printed" in s. 4 of Nos. 50 and 51 of 1911 in relation to the Ordinances of lionękonę.
In the Interpretation Ordinance I had altered "Ordinance here- -after to be passed" wherever it occurs to "future Ordinance" before I was able to arrange a conference with the Attorney-Gene- ral, as I was passing the final proof for the press, but these changes can stand.
I have thought it advisable for safety's sake to insert at the end of s. 4 in both llos. 50 and 51 of 1911 a proviso that the repeals and amendments contained in those sections respectively shall not apply to the Penalties Amendment and the Interpreta- -tion Ordinances.
(ii), (iii), and (iv) had already been corrected.
(v) the first error had already been corrected; the words refer- -red to in the second part are unnecessary, as the description
of statutes has been invariably omitted.
